I knowVitality RX  I get it, everybody is saying that you have to maintain perfect type and you should be identifying your bicep and using only your elbow combined... and keep your elbows tight to your ribs... That is not what proved helpful for me. I am not indicating that you come into the gym and get the biggest weights that you see, you should throwing them around. All I'm indicating is that you don't fall.
